This Tuna & Cranberry Salad is a fabulously easy, healthy and balanced lunch or dinner option, and a fun twist on a classic dish. I adapted it from one of my favorite items that I pick up occasionally from Whole Foods, but I believe my version is lighter on the mayo, and I also added crunchy pecans to mine (my mom sometimes added nuts to her homemade chicken salad when I was a little girl). Raspberry Mint Lemonade Tonic

This past holiday weekend, I played around with quite a few different non-alcoholic, healthier drink options to enjoy on the water. This one was by far my favorite!¬†The flavors of the sweet raspberries, fresh mint, and tart lemon are just perfect together and make quite a¬†refreshing tonic.
